STEPS FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT RENEWAL

ACVO NOW ACCEPTS AMEX, VISA, MC, DISCOVER, and most DEBIT CARDS. Please note, we no longer accept checks.

1. Complete this form and submit it with credit card payment. The 2026 dues are: $595 for regular members and $297.50 for pre-approved retired members and pre-approved transitional members. Dues will increase by $50 on February 1st, and by another $50 on March 1st.

2. NEW THIS YEAR: For New Diplomate Member newly boarded in 2025, First Year Only - 2026 Reduced Dues of $495

3. After the form is submitted, you will receive an email stating that payment was submitted to renew dues but you still need to update your contact information in the member portal.
