APPLICATION to PARTICIPATE

Submit 2 Images of Your Work

Artists must upload 2 images of their artwork.  Your images may be used in promotional materials such as Posters, Fliers, Social Media Ads, and other media, and on the EDHAA website.

Your images need to be JPG files at 300 dpi that are 1500 pixels on the longer side.  If you are not sure how to create 300 dpi photos, choose large or extra-large images or 16:9 in your phone settings.  

Your photo needs to be just your artwork.  DO NOT INCLUDE THE PAINTING FRAME.  CROP YOUR IMAGE TO THE EDGES OF YOUR ARTWORK.  You can do that in your phone.

Lastly, AND VERY IMPORTANTLY, Title your images with your LAST NAME, FIRST NAME, TITLE OF WORK, MEDIUM.  Example:  Anderson_Robert_Yellow_Lily_Oil

I have read the Call to Artists and Prospectus and agree to the terms and conditions. I am aware that I am responsible for collecting and submitting California sales tax in accordance with my Seller’s Permit. I understand that I am to provide my own insurance and do not hold El Dorado Hills Arts Association, its partners, its sponsors, or volunteers liable for any claims occasioned by my participation in the 2026 Fine Art Festival.  I further grant the tour principals permission to use my information and images submitted for purposes of publicity in print, online, and in email.

Note: There will be no refunds given to artists who withdraw from the event after September 10, 2026

The undersigned voluntarily agrees to participate in the 4th Annual Fine Art Festival sponsored by El Dorado Hills Arts Association on October 10, 2026 at the El Dorado Hills Library facilities.

The undersigned recognizes that El Dorado Hills Arts Association has not undertaken any duty or responsibility for his or her safety and the undersigned agrees to assume the full responsibility for all risk of bodily injury, death, disability, and property damage as a result of participating in Fine Art Festival. The undersigned recognizes that these risks include: unforeseen accidents that can happen during an outdoor, public festival.

By my signature, I hereby state that I understand the risks involved in participating in the 4th Annual Fine Art Festival and willingly and voluntarily accept these risks. By my signature, I hereby surrender any right to seek reimbursement from El Dorado Hills Arts Association and its directors, officers, volunteers and other agents for injury sustained and liability incurred during my participation in the activity described above. By my signature, I warrant that I am not relying on any oral representations, statements or inducement apart from the statements made on this form.

 By signing below, the parties confirm that they have read, understand, and consent to the terms of this waiver agreement.
