  • DID YOU REVIEW THE GOOGLE SHEET LINK FIRST TO SEE HOW MANY MEDIA ARE BEING REPRESENTED (max 3 medias each) per event. Check it here now.  Use the Application link that is directly on the Google Sheet form and it will return you to here.

  • A site visit is suggested to verify your needs. (we have some sloped areas). Please, also review the the AOG Map prior to your selections.

    Space 1 is reserved for Event Captain only, which requires maintaining the decoroum of the event, manging artist disputes (day of), manages signage. They also must notify the AOG Coordinator for approval first, and for any further details at juliebrooksclay@gmail.com.

    Note: Monies are non-refundable or transferable for artist cancellations. We do provide Inclement Weather Credits when it is announced by the Event coordinator, and/or communicated to the Exhibitors. (Information is covered in your Exhibitor Instructions.

    Obtaining credits requires exhibitor action. All Exhibitors should view a 5-10 -day forecast for the weather in Carlsbad, CA, in advance.

  • The space numbers read at hours 2:00am is Space 2, etc....

    There are only 14 spaces each day
