AOG Vendor Signup Form

New Members, a site visit is required to verify your needs. (we have some sloped areas). Please, also review the the AOG Map prior to your selections.

Space 1 is reserved for Event Captain only, which requires maintaining the decoroum of the event, manging artist disputes (day of), manages signage. They also must notify the AOG Coordinator for approval first, and for any further details at juliebrooksclay@gmail.com.

Note: Monies are non-refundable or transferable for artist cancellations. We do provide Inclement Weather Credits when it is announced by the Event coordinator, and/or communicated to the Exhibitors. (Information is covered in your Exhibitor Instructions.

Obtaining credits requires exhibitor action. All Exhibitors should view a 5-10 -day forecast for the weather in Carlsbad, CA, in advance.

ARTIST IN ORDER TO TEST THIS WE NEEDED TO SELECT SPACES 1 and 14, They are AVAILABLE!.

If you want either of those spaces, please contact Cheryl directly at 760-519-1551, and they can be assigned to you. BUT you need to tell us soon,, otherwise they will remain marked as taken, when they are actually not. Thank you.

NOTE: The Space#. reads as hours ( i.e 1:00 =1, 2:00=2) Select date and Space per day.

The Artists List will be emailed on Firday at 5pm. No changes will be noted after that time, thank you.

Signup starts Monday at 8am and closed Friday at 4pm. Thank you.
