    Space 1 is reserved for Event Captain only, which requires maintaining the decoroum of the event, manging artist disputes (day of), manages signage. They also must notify the AOG Coordinator for approval first, and for any further details at juliebrooksclay@gmail.com.

    Note: Monies are non-refundable or transferable for artist cancellations. We do provide Inclement Weather Credits when it is announced by the Event coordinator, and/or communicated to the Exhibitors. (Information is covered in your Exhibitor Instructions.

    Obtaining credits requires exhibitor action. All Exhibitors should view a 5-10 -day forecast for the weather in Carlsbad, CA, in advance.

  • NOTE: the Date actually is for AUG 1 you are signing up for, the system cannot be changed for a month ahead until you are actually in that month, so just sign up for July 31 and we know it is for August 1, 2026, Thank you
