En Pointe’s Nutcracker with a Twist brings the magic and tradition of The Nutcracker to life using the beloved classical score, while adding our own creative spin! While ballet remains at the heart of the production, our version may incorporate other styles of dance, unique characters, and unexpected twists.

Each year’s production is created around the dancers who make up our cast, allowing us to showcase their individual strengths, personalities, ages, and dance styles. Depending on the cast, you may see ballet alongside jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, tap, or other genres—all woven into the familiar story and music of The Nutcracker.

This allows dancers of different ages, levels, and backgrounds to be part of the magic while keeping the beauty and tradition of this holiday classic.

I, the undersigned, do herby authorize En Pointe Dance & Fitness or its designated agents (being teachers or administrators employed by En Pointe Dance & Fitness.) to obtain medical treatment for myself in emergency situations if needed. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses and that the absence of health insurance does not make release En Pointe Dance & Fitness responsible for payment of medical expenses. This authority includes the power to authorize any and all treatment deemed necessary under the circumstances by a licensed physician.
