Participation Fees
Community Cast participation fee includes Nutcracker rehearsals, performances, and costume use (dancers provide own shoes and potentially tights and other accessories).

Company Cast participation fee includes Nutcracker AND Swan Lake rehearsals, performances, and costume use (dancers provide own shoes and potentially tights and other accessories). The fee also includes weekly company classes, and multiple master classes and educational seminars.

I’m unable to pay the full fee and request a partial waiver from the Ballet Northwest Board. I am able to pay $ as my fee due to the following circumstances:

Please list any known major conflicts that might interfere with rehearsals and/or performances on Saturdays or Sundays between September 27 and December 21 below. *Rehearsal excuse forms must also be submitted to Ken, Josie, or Mary at least two weeks prior to the potential absence.
