    Join us on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a vibrant day of fun, food, and community spirit. Last year’s event brought together families, businesses, and local organizations for an unforgettable day — and we’re ready to do it all again!

    ⚠️ Important for On-Site Food Vendors:
    Vendors preparing food on-site and requiring inspection by the Environmental Health Services Department must email events1@portervillechamber.org to inquire about availability. Due to space limitations, priority is given to Chamber members.

    Our Chamber members receive $50.00 off the total registration for our Spring Festival. Please save the following code in order to use the discount. You can only use the code once, and if you are not a Chamber member and attempt to make use of this code, your application will not be processed and may be delayed for approval.

    Please take the time to thoroughly read and review the following vendor agreement items. You must check-off each and include your signature at the end. Failure to do so will result in an incomplete application and will not be able to submit.
  • FOOD VENDORS ONLY:

    • Must pay appropriate health permit fee (payable to Porterville Chamber of Commerce).
    • Fire extinguishers are mandatory.
    • Must follow all Tulare County Health Department regulations.

If you will require a Tulare County Temporary Food Event permit, please add that additional fee to your checklist. If you already have a permit, please be prepared to submit the Temporary Food Event form for the Environmental Health Services Department.
