Vendor Details & FAQ:

Participants are responsible for providing their own tables and chairs.
Electricity is available upon request, but availability is limited.
All décor and signage must be freestanding.
Mannequins and tall or obtrusive signage are not permitted.
Application and table fees are non-refundable.

• All fees are non-refundable. This includes both the application fee and the table fee.

• No refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation or interruption beyond the control of Market Grün (e.g., weather, emergencies, or venue-related issues).

• Participation is at your own risk. By joining the market, all vendors agree to exhibit their work at their own risk. Market Grün and its representatives are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, nor for any personal injury incurred by vendors or their staff.

• No guarantees are made regarding attendance including numbers of visitors or vendor sales.

• Liability: Market Grün and the Clifton Cultural Arts Center (CCAC) are not liable for any theft, damage, or personal injury occurring before, during, or after the market.

• Insurance is strongly recommended. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance. Any accidents, injuries, or damages caused by a vendor’s setup, materials, or products are the sole responsibility of that vendor.

• Tax compliance: Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting all applicable taxes. For more information, please refer to the Ohio Department of Revenue website.

• This agreement has been read and understood by the applicant and is entered into voluntarily, and is effective upon submission of application.
