Register as a Team of 4 ($400 per team) Limit of 14 Teams (first paid, first served). A team is not secured until payment is received.

Each team will receive 8 glow-in-the-dark balls.

Cash prizes: $400 for First Place, $200 for Sixth Place, and $100 for Eleventh Place.

Team Mulligans are available for $25 and every member receives one Mulligan with the Mulligan package.

First Love on Main opened its doors in 2010, as the vision of Pastor Dean Haun. Origionally opened as a free dental clinic for the uninsured and underserved, the medical clinic was added a few months later. Free health screenings for diabetes, hypertension, and hypercholesterolemia are conducted monthly with medications provided for patients in need. To date, we have served over 1,500 patients. First Love is staffed by an all-volunteer team of doctors, dentists, medical lab techs, nurses, greeters, and cleaning crews that make it possible to serve those in need. Every patient is loved on, listened, and spoken to. Prayer is offered to all, and more importantly, The Gospel of Jesus Christ. Many have come to know him through the work in this clinic.
