  •  1. Purpose

    The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a mentorship relationship in which the Mentor will assist the Mentee in learning and growing their transportation business. This will be achieved through various methods, including but not limited to action lists, accountability calls, community engagement, industry updates, and resource sharing.

     2. Scope of Mentorship

    The mentorship will focus on the following key areas:

    · Company Setup: Guidance on establishing the business structure and operations.

    ·         Business Credit: Strategies for building and maintaining business credit.

    · Personal Credit: Insights into personal credit management and its impact on the business.

    ·         Budgeting: Tools and techniques for effective financial management.

    ·         Marketing: Development of marketing strategies tailored to local, state, and federal regulations.

    ·         Compliance: Understanding and adhering to local, state, and federal compliance requirements.

    ·         Driver Recruiting: Best practices for attracting and hiring qualified drivers.

    ·        Driver Onboarding: Creating effective onboarding processes for new drivers.

    ·Drug Consortium: Navigating drug testing regulations and consortium requirements

    · Lease On: Guidance on lease-on agreements and their implications.

     

     3. Mentorship Activities

    The Mentor agrees to provide the following services to the Mentee:

    ·         Action Lists: Specific tasks to be completed that align with the mentorship focus areas

    ·         Weekly Accountability Calls: Regular check-ins to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.

    ·         Self-Paced Video Training: Access to a library of video training modules covering various aspects of the transportation business.

    ·         Bi-Weekly Group Zoom Calls: Opportunities for the Mentee to participate in group discussions and share insights with peers.

    ·         Quarterly In-Person Sessions: Face-to-face meetings every three months to dive deeper into topics and foster networking.

    ·         Online Community: Access to a supportive online community for networking and learning.

    ·         Industry Updates: Timely information about trends and changes in the transportation industry.

    ·         Tools and Templates: Practical resources to aid in the management and growth of the business.

    ·         Additional Resources: Sharing of relevant materials, articles, and contacts that could benefit the Mentee.

     4. Financial Commitment

    1. $500 Enrollment Fee
    2. One Hour Strategy Session
    3. Seven Hour one on one In-person/Virtual Session (s)
    4. Four (4) Weeks/1-Hour, One-on-One
    • Monthly Fee**: A recurring fee f **$29.99** will be charged each month for access to mentorship resources and support.

     5. Responsibilities of the Mentee

    The Mentee agrees to:

    ·         Actively participate in all scheduled calls and activities.

    ·         Complete action items and share progress with the Mentor.

    ·         Engage in the video training and group calls to maximize learning.

    ·         Be receptive to feedback and implement suggested strategies.

    ·         Maintain open communication regarding challenges and successes.

     

    6. Duration of Mentorship

    This mentorship will commence on [Start Date] and continue for a period of [Duration, e.g., six months], with an option to renew based on mutual agreement.

     

     7. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to keep all discussions and shared materials confidential unless otherwise agreed upon.

     

    8. Termination

    Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice of [number of days, e.g., 30 days] if they feel the mentorship is not meeting their expectations.

    9. Acceptance

    By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms of this Mentorship Agreement:

  • By working with The Mentor, I agree that full rights to the use of content resulting from photography/video filming during meetings/ sessions, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images can be used for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the aims and objectives of The Mentor. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. I consent to The Mentor photographing and/or filming me and for these images or videos to be used for marketing and other promotional uses, including (but not limited to) it’s use on its associated websites and social media channels.
