Where: Wheaton Ice Arena (Oct-March)

When: Any six (6) practice dates

Time: See season schedule here.

Gear
1. Skates (provided)
2. Helmet, gloves, long pants and sleeves for ice time (no shorts)
3. Yoga mat
4. Water
5. Warm clothes in case dryland is held outside
US Speedskating Number

All participants are required to have a US Speedskating membership, for insurance purposes among many other benefits. USS member insurance information can be reviewed here.

A USS membership is current from July 1st through June 30th during the skating season in which you register or renew (please note this excludes the two-month introductory membership). If you register or renew after April 1st during the skating season, your membership will remain current through the next season's expiration of June 30th.
