Mom & Me Order form

Welcoming all mother figures to the Mom & Me photo shoot with your player. Pictures will take place on the varsity football field from 7-12th Grade will be 4-5pm, and K-6th grade will be 5-6pm photos will be taken in the order of arrival. The cost is $25/photo. Unfortunately there will be no refunds or retakes as this is a fundraiser. Please contact hvtouchdown@gmail.com with questions or concerns. You are allowed multiple sign ups under one form (grandmother, step parents, aunts etc) by adding to the qty of pictures you would like taken, you will just pay the additional $25 per photo. Photos will be emailed out this year, no printed pictures. Order is not considered complete or accepted unless payment is made in advance. Let's make some memories together!
