THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY, READ BEFORE SIGNING.

This agreement releases FROADN FABRICATION LLC, from all liability relating to injuries that may occur on site and/or during one of the events. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold FROADN FABRICATION LLC entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries, regardless of whether injuries are cause by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in this activity. These include but are not limited to injury, psychological, emotional, spiritual, and physical distress, and/or death. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

I acknowledge that FROADN FABRICATION LLC, owners and staff reserves the right to refuse anyone for any reason, and at any time during the event, without refunding any portion of the cost of your experience.

By signing below, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against FROADN FABRICATION LLC for any reason. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.

For Parents/Guardians of a participant of minor age (under 18). This is to certify that I, as guardian with legal responsibility for this participant, do consent and agree to his/her release as provided above of all the Releases, and, for myself, my heirs, assigns, and next of kin, I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless FROADN FABRICATION LLC and it’s owners, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability incidents to my minor child’s involvement or participation in the activity as provided above. Regardless of whether such claims are due to the negligence of Froadn Fabrication LLC, as permitted under applicable law.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, READ BEFORE SIGNING

I understand that off-road driving and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: collisions, rollovers, mechanical failure, natural hazards, environmental conditions, weather, wildlife, bodily injury, or death.
I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation.
Vehicle Responsibility

I am operating my own vehicle, which I certify is in safe working condition.
I am solely responsible for its operation, maintenance, and any damage caused to my vehicle, others’ property, or persons.
No Medical Support

I acknowledge that Froadn Fabrication does not provide medical personnel, first aid, or emergency services at this event.
I am solely responsible for my own health, safety, and medical needs.
Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Froadn Fabrication, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Froadn Fabrication from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from my participation in this event.
Photo/Media Release

I grant permission for Froadn Fabrication to use photos or videos of me and/or my vehicle from the event for promotional purposes without compensation.
Acknowledgment of Rules

I agree to follow all event rules, safety instructions, and applicable laws. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
