CWJC/CMJC Annual Report: Due February 1, 2026

This report form can be used by both registered and certified sites. The following payment schedule/benefits is associated with this year's report. Please read carefully before continuing through the form.

All certifications are good until February 28, 2027.
Payments must be made electronically. Please be prepared to provide a credit card number for payment. You will receive an email after payment as receipt that can be used for accounting purposes.
Reports are due by February 1, 2026 - extended to February 15, 2026. A late fee of $25 will be assessed for those who submit after the deadline.

First-Time Certification and Recertification: $100

This option is for sites who are certifying for the first time or re-certifying their site. Those certifying for the first time will be asked to upload a copy of their ministry plan. Certified sites receive the following benefits:

Use of the CJC/CWJC/CMJC ministry model, and/or names and/or logos.
One free CWLC Leadership course during the certification period.
Opportunity to participate in discussions with CJC Advisory Group.
Digital access for one year to Missions Mosaic.
Ability to apply for scholarships, grants, and awards from the WMU Foundation.
Newsletter with resources that are beneficial to sites.

Satellite Sites: $20 for each site

This option is for sites that are satellite sites of another "primary" site. Each satellite should complete an annual report form on their own, using their specific site's data. The payment for satellite sites is in addition to the re-certification of the primary site. Primary sites will pay the certification fee ($100), plus an additional $20 for each satellite site. The satellite site payment can be paid by the satellite on their annual report form or by selecting the option that someone else will be making the payment and providing that person's name and email address. If the primary site knows they are making the satellite's payment they should select the correct number of satellites when completing their site's annual report.

Reregistration: $30

This option is for sites that are registered, but are not yet seeing participants. Sites that registered for the first time after June 30, 2025 will be exempt from this payment. Registered sites receive the following benefits:

Use of the CJC/CWJC/CMJC ministry model, and/or names and/or logos.
One free CWLC Leadership course during the certification period.
Opportunity to participate in quarterly discussions with CJC Advisory Group.
Digital access for one year to Missions Mosaic.
Newsletter with resources that are beneficial to sites.

Statement of Faith

All nationally registered and certified Christian Women’s Job Corps/Christian Men’s Job Corps sites, along with their executive director, site coordinator, and co-coordinators are required to align with and agree to the following statement of faith:

“We believe in the Trinity—God as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit —and the Bible as the Word of God. Salvation comes through grace by believing in Jesus Christ as the only begotten Son of God, our Savior and Lord. Once saved, the Holy Spirit indwells, thereby instructing, guiding, and empowering the individual to follow the mandate of Jesus Christ in daily living.”

Christian Women’s Job Corps/Christian Men’s Job Corps is a ministry of National WMU, whose unwavering focus is making disciples of Jesus who live on mission.

In addition to aligning and agreeing with the statement of faith, all executive directors, site coordinators, and co-coordinators should be actively engaged in a local church that aligns with the above statement of faith.

It is highly recommended sites also require Bible study leaders and mentors to align with and agree to the above statement of faith. In addition, state CWJC/CMJC offices can include additional requirements for sites in their state. National WMU will support state decisions on additional requirements they may include.
