Care for the Caregivers
A Hybrid Therapy Group for Adult Caretakers Of Disabled, Aging, or Brain-Injured Family Members. Caring for a loved one with disability, age-related decline, or brain injury can be emotionally complex and physically exhausting. This therapy group is designed to support you-the caregiver-by offering a space to process your experience, reduce isolation, and reconnect with your own needs. Using a blend of psychodrama, psychodynamic group processing, and psychoeducation, we will explore themes such as role fatigue, anticipatory grief, boundaries, resentment, love, guilt, and resilience. You will gain tools for navigating ongoing stress, while being witnessed and supported by others who understand.
