  • Medical Registrations are for medical practioners. Allied Health registrations are for allied health professionals such as Sonographers, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Scientists and Practice Managers. To be eligible for the Member rate, your membership of the Australasian College of Phlebology must be current.

  • TRAINING DAY AND ULTRASOUND WORKSHOP

  • Training Day and Ultrasound Workshop are to be held on Friday the 24 April, and attendance is free for Trainees of the ACP registered for the conference.

    Accompanying Persons Tickets can be purchased for partners and children to attend both the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner at a reduced rate. Additional tickets to attend individual events can also be purchased for accompanying persons. University students obtaining discounted registrations for the conference may purchase tickets for themselves and their guests to the social functions.

    Full Registration Includes:
    - Access to all sessions at the conference venue
    - Conference Handbook
    - Mobile App to manage schedule, network with other attendees and contact exhibitors.
    - Morning tea, Lunch and Afternoon tea (where applicable) served every day in the Exhibition
    - One ticket to the Welcome function and also the Ceremony/Gala Dinner

    Group Discount
    Five or more attendees from the same clinic qualify for the group discount of 10% off full conference delegate Registration Fees. Contact events@phlebology.com.au or call +61 2 9386 1811. To qualify for the discount, registrations must be submitted at the same time.

    Cancellation Policy
    Registrations will be refunded less a $295.00 administrative fee upon written notice of cancellation. In order to qualify for a refund of fees, your cancellation notice must be received no later than 30 days prior to the conference start date. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date or for lack of attendance. Refunds will be processed after the conference is complete.

    Terms and Conditions for Giveaway
    Each registration received on or before 12 December 2025 will receive 1 entry into the draw to win. The prize registration does not include guest or partner tickets or registrations to other sessions. It only includes one free registration to attend a future conference of the Australasian College of Phlebology. Travel and accomodation expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
