  • Travel and Lodging

    The Client is responsible for all reasonable travel and lodging expenses associated with the seminar, including airfare or ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and local transportation. Once travel tickets are purchased, the travel reservation details will be provided to the Client for confirmation and reference. If no travel reservations are made or tickets purchased, no travel-related expenses will be charged to the Client.

This content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, physical therapy treatment, diagnosis, or the establishment of a patient-provider relationship. Participants are solely responsible for seeking individualized medical evaluation and clearance for any current or prior medical conditions and assume all risks associated with implementation of the educational strategies, posture assessments, ergonomics education and injury prevention exercises presented. If a participant has a current medical or neuromusculoskeletal condition, it is their responsibility to either refrain from participating in the educational activities or exercises, or obtain clearance from an appropriate medical professional before participating in any instruction or exercises provided by the Presenter. Release forms will be provided prior to the event.

    Acts of God / Force Majeure Clause
    In the event that the Presenter is unable to attend or perform the scheduled seminar due to an Act of God or other force majeure event—including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, acts of government, public health emergencies, travel disruptions, or other circumstances beyond the Presenter’s reasonable control—the Presenter shall not be deemed in breach of this agreement. In such circumstances, both parties agree to work in good faith to reschedule the event for a mutually agreeable date. Any fees or deposits already paid may be applied toward the rescheduled event.
