Crafted Social WINTER MARKET!

It's a Winter Celebration with Traditional & Contemporary Craft, Art, and Spirits. Featuring  artists and functional designers from around the region, plus local food and drink inside the main Atrium space at the historic Greyline Station in Lexington, Kentucky.

 

 Vendor Details:

The Winter Market is a juried TWO DAY art market December 5th and 6th

- Friday will be a "Preview Night" from 6pm - 9pm

- Saturday will run from 10am - 4pm.

- THIS EVENT WILL BE INDOORS AND RAIN, SNOW, or SHINE.  

- Artists will be provided an 9'x9' square booth space

Please submit this completed application along with a $25 non-refundable application fee by Midnight EST on FRIDAY, October 10th. 

Absolutely no late or incomplete applications will be considered.  All applications will be reviewed by the jury team and all applicants will be notified via email of the review committee's decision by MONDAY, October 20th.

If accepted, a $230 booth fee (plus 6% KY sales tax) will be due no later than Midnight EST MONDAY, November 10th. This fee goes towards event promotion, event rentals, and any activities on sight.

Jury Process:

-Applicants will be judged first and foremost on the quality, originality, and the attention to craft involved in their work. 

-We do NOT accept vintage or resell products (upcycle IS accepted) 

-Secondary consideration is given to maintaining an overall diverse and complementary balance of product and mediums shown at the market. 

-All items sold must be original and made by hand and/or designed by the artist. 

-The artist (or one of the artists) must be able to be present in their booth, and not a representative or employee.

- If you are a returning artist you MUST SUBMIT NEW PHOTOS, meaning, we don't accept the same photos submitted to past applications. 

 - Also, if youre a returning artist at least 25% of the work you submit should be new to this years market.

-The jury will be made up of the Crafted Social team and a invited guest jurors.

Submit three images that best represent your work, and one booth shot (this can be an indoor or outdoor booth set up). While its not required, we recommend that you upload a photo showing your work in use, a group shot of your most popular items, and a photo of a high end item photographed in good lighting with a clean background. These photos may potentially be used on our website and social media for promotion.

1. Participation. The details and scope of my participation in the Activity are subject to change in Crafted Social’s sole discretion. I acknowledge that my participation in the Activity is terminable in Crafted Social’s sole discretion.

2. Compliance and Insurance. I agree that I and my agents, contractors, and employees will comply with and maintain behavior in accordance with all applicable laws and all applicable rules and regulations of Crafted Social and The Greyline Station and its parents and affiliated companies (collectively, the “Activity Entities”). I further agree that (a) I will not sell, promote, or offer to sell any illegal, offensive, defective or inherently dangerous products in connection with the Activity; (b) the products or services I sell, promote, and offer to sell in connection with the Activity will not infringe upon any third-party rights

 3. Indemnification. WITH REGARD TO ANY CLAIM, LOSS, LIABILITY, COST OR EXPENSE ARISING OUT OF: (A) ANY ACTUAL, ANTICIPATED OR THREATENED BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT; OR (B) MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY, I IRREVOCABLY AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE RELEASED PARTIES HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST SUCH CLAIM, LOSS, LIABILITY, COST AND EXPENSE, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES.
