2026 St. Davids Christian Writers' Conference Registration Form
Please complete this form to register for this year's writing conference at Allegheny College, Meadville, PA.

Conference dates: June 24–28, 2026

Please note the red asterisk for items required on this form. None of your information will be sold or distributed without your consent, but we need contact information in case we, well, need to contact you. Please also note that registering for conference does provide us with your information and adds you to our newsletter mailing list. We NEVER utilize your information for anything other than to register you for conference and to send you an email newsletter relating to conference approximately ten times per year. ON CAMPUS ROOM AND BOARD:

You’ll be housed in the North Village II Apartments at Allegheny College with comfortable dorm accommodations and air conditioning throughout the building. Each suite includes private bedrooms with some communal living space. (See our website for more details.) Meals provided by Allegheny College in dining hall Wednesday dinner through Sunday breakfast (incl. banquet Saturday night).

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT$625.00

Register before April 1 and receive a $25 discount in pricing as well as the conference recordings AT NO ADDITIONAL COST! (This option provides full-time on campus housing and meals with your conference fee. Price after April 1 = $650. Conference fee must be paid in full to receive conference recordings. Recordings provided after conference.)

Commuter (includes lunch and dinner)$500.00

Writer's Colony (limited to 5 spots)$350.00

A writer may use the class and workshop times at St. Davids to work on an important manuscript or a current project under deadline. With this option, you may attend plenary sessions in the evenings, plus all meals, but will NOT be allowed to attend any workshops, retreats, or classes during the day. Instead, use those slots to do the writing work you need to finish. This option is for serious writers who need the time to work but who would still like to join everyone else for daily group gatherings that are not classes. Space limited to 5 conferees. Writers Colony option is not eligible for scholarships.

Scholarship Recipient$ Free

You will be billed separately by our treasurer if any amount is due. You must have been notified by our Scholarship Committee that you are receiving a scholarship to use this option.

2025 Contest Winner$ Free

Our treasurer will bill you separately based on the award won. You must have won a monetary prize at last year's awards banquet to be eligible. If you choose this option in error, we will contact you for payment and you will not be registered until you do so.

Board Member$ Free

Board members will be invoiced separately by the treasurer. You may only choose this option if you are a member of the St. Davids board. If you choose this option in error, we will contact you for payment and you will not be registered until you do so.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Registrants who are unable to attend and cancel before June 5, 2026 11:59 p.m. EDT may be eligible for a partial refund. Registrants who cancel on or after June 6, 2026 will not receive a refund due to financial arrangements with Allegheny College. Any registrant using a credit card to pay and then cancelling will be required to pay a $25 processing fee.
