At Kay’s Party Favors, our mission is to bring your unique vision to life—whether it's a birthday party, bridal shower, baby shower, wedding, corporate event, or anything in between.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• Full payment is required for all orders.
All sales are final. Refunds are discussed and we do offer exchanges in particular cases. This Policy is Non-negotiable.

• Payment Deadline: Submitting this form does confirm your order with Full payment submitted immediately after placing your order. Failure to make payment before submitting form will result in your order not being processed.

• Accepted Payment Methods: All Debit & Credit Card Payments accepted including Chime, Cash App, Zelle or Apple Pay.

• Order Timing: Please place your order within at least 2 to 3 Full weeks before your event date to ensure availability and arrival time for shipping.

• Rush Orders: Orders placed less than 7 days before the event date may or may not be accepted. Any orders placed with only 1 weeks notice will incur a $25.00 rush fee.

•Orders being shipped, please be sure to include your full shipping address with first & last name an additional fee of $10 will be added/requested to your order invoice. All orders are shipped through Prioty USPS Services; Favors takes 3-4 days for arrival.

Pickup & Delivery Availability: Akron, Canton, (Travel Fee $20 to drop off) in Cleveland & other Ohio areas outside of Akron & Canton! We offer Priority shipping options for your convenience.

“Filled party favors” are ready-made favors that already come with items inside, so you don’t have to add anything yourself. They usually include small gifts, toys, candy, or themed goodies that are packaged and ready to hand out to guests.

Example: A birthday set (Pick 5 for $100) comes with filled snack favors, yours favors of choice will contain Fruit Snaks, Chocolate Bars, others snacks inside each custom design.

“Unfilled party favors” means the favor(s) are sold empty, without any candy, or beverages or goodies inside. They’re basically the custom design packaging only or the wrap/holder for the party favors, you can purchase the treats, trinkets, and/or beverage items yourself and bring the items to me for your order.

Example: If you choose unfilled party favor, you’ll need provide the candy, chips bags, or other snack favors.

All Single Party Favors come Unfilled unless specified* $10.00 FEE PER FILLED SNACK FAVOR
