The parentage must be traceable back to KFPS registered horses by means of DNA testing.

Please include the registration fee of $380 with this application. You will be sent a foal kit which will include a microchip and paperwork for collecting hair samples for DNA testing. The foal’s DNA test is included in the registration fee, additional fees will apply if parents need to be DNA tested. Late Fees will be assessed at the same rates as for main book horses.

*The KFPS naming system has designated starting letters for each foaling year. The name you select must comply with the approved letters for each foaling year. If the name you select does not comply with the approved letters for that year, FHANA will add an approved letter to the name automatically.
