High Five Grant for Moms - 2024 Official Application

Hey Mama! Bravo on building a business while raising kids! Please note there are TWO PARTS to this grant application.

FIRST, complete all application questions below. Please stay within the requested word count. We highly recommend completing this application on a desktop computer and not a mobile device. Since a submitted application is final and not able to be edited, we also recommend writing your answers first in a Word or Google Doc so they are not lost in the event your computer crashes.

SECOND, share the why behind your business with a high five photo on a PUBLIC Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn account BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30. Tag US Bank, our title sponsor (@usbank), The High Five Grant for Moms (@highfivegrant), and include the #highfivegrant hashtag.

Please note this grant is open to moms who own 50% of a FOR-PROFIT BUSINESS. We recommend our wonderful non-profit mamas look for grants at GrantWatch.com and Grants.gov.
