  • 2026 Texas Wine Garden Vendor Application

    Thank you for applying to be a vendor for the Texas Wine Garden for the 2026 King William Fair happening on Saturday, April 25th! Applications are limited exclusively to Texas wines. You will only be required to pay the nonrefundable application fee at this time ($25). However, if approved, you will receive an invoice via email with instructions to pay the additional booth/insurance fees as applicable.

  • Please list your legal name and address that you would like the check made payable to.

    Note: To ensure timely payment, the name AND address must exactly match the name that the check will be made out to (e.g., your legal name or business/LLC, such as ‘Matt Smith’ or ‘Dairy Delights LLC’).

  • Parking

    Due to construction and increased parking fees from local businesses, we may not be able to offer free parking permits this year. We are exploring the option of pre-purchasing parking spaces (one vehicle per vendor) and invoicing interested vendors once confirmed. The cost is estimated at around $30 but may be slightly less or more. If we are unable to secure free parking, will you be interested in pre-purchasing parking?

      Space for the Texas Wine Garden is limited with preference given to returning vendors, as well as through showcasing quality hill country wine. 

      The KWA will provide you with a food health permit and map for garbage/recycling.

      You may sell tastings, cups and bottles.

      Vendors are not considered accepted until payment has been made in full, proof of insurance has been provided, and a signed MOU has been submitted to the KWA.

    • Important Dates

      1. Deadline for application is January 8, 2026.

      2. Contracts will be emailed to you by February 6, 2026.

      3. Proof of insurance identifying the King William Association and the Fiesta Commissions as additional named insureds is due by Febuary 20, 2026. You may email the Certificate of Insurance to angela@ourkwa.org or mail it to King William Fair / Texas Wine Garden, 122 Madison Street, San Antonio, TX 78204.

      4. Payment is due February 20, 2026. Instructions will be sent to pay online with your contract. Checks can be made out to "King William Fair" and delivered to King William Fair / Texas Wine Garden, 122 Madison Street, San Antonio, TX 78204.

      5. Deadline to withdraw and receive a full refund is March 24, 2026.

      6. Packets will be ready to be picked up by March 24, 2026. You may pick them up at our office, 122 Madison Street, San Antonio, TX 78204.
