  • WIHI Student Parking Pass Request Form

    For the 25-26 School Year
  • ALL students must complete this form in order to receive a student parking pass at WIHI.

    Registration will open on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 10am and close on Wednesday, August 13th at midnight, to be included in the first round of parking assignments.

    There is a limited number of Student Parking, so passes will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis based on who submits their completed documents and payment first, with priority given to Seniors, then Juniors, then Sophomores. 

    As a REMINDER:

    Only those students who have a parking pass may use the school lots.

    We will not issue any more passes once registration hits the limit for available spots.

    In order to receive your pass, you must have submitted this form with all required documents. 

    Students/Families will be notified on Monday, August 18th if they have received a parking spot for the 25-26 school year. 

    Passes can then be picked up from the Front Office on Tuesday, August 19th from 10am to 3pm OR during lunch/afterschool on Wednesday, August 20, 2025.

    Any tags not picked up by Friday, August 22, 2025 will be awared to the next student on the waitlist.

  • Student & Parent/Guardian School Parking Regulations Agreement

  • Rules Regarding Student Driving, Parking and Use of Vehicles are specified in detail in the Code of Conduct.

    1. All automobiles parked on the school grounds must be registered with the school and must visibly display the current permit.


    2. Parking is strictly limited to the student parking area, located in the A and C lots of the school. Students should not park at the south entrance of the school, as this is faculty and visitor parking only.


    3. All students must be licensed and covered by insurance. The school is not responsible for the automobile or its contents.


    4. There is to be no loitering in the parking lot or visitation of car without permission.


    5. There will be no driving over 10 miles per hour, or any form of reckless driving on school grounds.


    6. Student vehicles may be subject to search if there are reasonable grounds to believe that drugs, alcohol, stolen property or other contraband might be present in that vehicle.


    7. Parking regulations are strictly enforced. it is considered a privilege to park on school grounds. Suspension of driving privileges, towing/ticketing of vehicles and/or suspension from school may occur when violations of these regulations occur. Ticketing and/or towing will be at student’s expense.


    8. Students applying for and receiving permits fully understand their responsibility in following these rules.
