Welcome to the Complete Cafe Services booking form!

Please follow the simple steps below to book your coffee machine service.

By filling out this form, you’ll secure your spot in our service queue and help us ensure the right technician, parts, and time are ready for your machine. The process only takes a few minutes.

At the end of the form you will find more information about the process and what happens next.

Please note: A deposit is always required to book your machine in, whether you book on the spot or online. This deposit simply secures your booking and will be applied as a part payment towards your invoice once your service or repair is completed.

What happen Next: 

1. Once submitted, you’ll be placed in our virtual service queue.

2. When your coffee machine reaches the front of the queue (around 2 weeks after making the booking), we’ll send you a text message asking you to drop it off at our Unley branch: 45 Charles St, Unley. 

3. You will have 7 business days to bring your machine in.

4. After receiving your machine in our workshop, it may take us 2 - 4 days to perform the general service or a simple fix. For repairs requiring more specific or substancial parts, the timeframe may be longer depending on parts availability, you will be notified if this is the case.

5. We’ll notify you via text message as soon as your machine is ready for collection.

Your deposit will be applied as a part payment of your final invoice. If your machine cannot be repaired, the deposit will be used as an assessment fee.

Before you make your booking:

• Domestic machines only: This booking system is for domestic coffee machines. For commercial machines, please call our office directly.

• Eligible brands: We do not service every brand. If you cannot find your machine on the list, please call us first to confirm.

• Excluded machines: Automatic machines such as Gaggia, Saeco, and Delonghi are not listed here. We do service these machines, however, they do not require a booking. Simply drop them off at our Glenunga branch: 525 Portrush Rd, Glenunga.

• Incorrect bookings: If you book a machine that is not on the list of machines above, you are responsible for calling to confirm whether we can work on your machine. If no contact is made and we can not carry out the service, you won't be entitled to a refund of the deposit paid.

• Not Show: if you do not bring your coffee machines within the agreed period and fail to communicate with us you will lose your booking and your deposit.

• Cancellations: If you cancel your booking after it has been submitted, an administration fee of $33 will apply. You will therefore only be entitled to a partial refund of your deposit.

• Older machines: If your machine is 15+ years old, please call before booking.

• Storage fees: If you will be away during the time your machine is being serviced, please let us know in the comments section when booking or at the time of drop-off.
  Machines not collected within 14 days of notification (unless otherwise agreed in writing) may incur a storage fee of $5 per day. Machines left uncollected for more than 60 days may be deemed abandoned and disposed of.

• We provide a 3-month warranty on repairs for issues directly related to the work carried out. This warranty does not cover faults caused by scale build-up, misuse, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
  All warranty claims are back-to-base, meaning the machine must be returned to our workshop for assessment and repair.

• By submitting this booking, you acknowledge that your machine may have pre-existing faults. While all care is taken during servicing and repairs, we are not liable for failures resulting from existing wear and tear, age, or prior damage.

Costs:

Every coffee machine is different. Internal systems vary, households use different water filtration setups, and the quality of coffee also changes from one user to another. Because of these factors, it is difficult to set a fixed price for servicing or repairs. Each machine requires individual attention.

The figures in the table are provided only as a guide, and the final cost of servicing or repairing a coffee machine may vary.
