CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations received prior to final payment due date will incur a loss of the non-refundable deposit, plus any fees subject to the specific items booked. 

After the final balance is paid, the following cancellation schedule will apply:

Cancellation:

Between 119 and 45 days, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit (FVC), good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date. Sweet deal, huh?

Once you’re within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send someone else in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage if you really can't sail. Please note that taxes and fees will be refunded regardless of when the booking is canceled.

I understand that my deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and other cancellation penalties will apply depending on the cancel date. I understand that if my roommate(s) cancels, my rate will change. I understand that if my roommate(s) cancel, I have until 48 hours prior to the sail date to change names (different roommate). I understand that all monies must be paid in full by the final payment date. If my balance is left unpaid, my booking will be cancelled immediately. Prices for re-bookings may be higher than the initial price and a $50 per person rebooking/administrative fee will be charged.
