Some important notes for your submission:

- Submissions open October 1, 2025 and close on EXTENDED TO JANUARY 23, 2026!

- Please upload all project photos onto a third-party site like Dropbox, etc. This website does not have the capacity to hold all photo submissions and we want to make sure our jury can review all portions of your project

- When uploading your pictures, please label your top 5 most important, special, or valued pictures in the title. You may upload more than 5 pictures, however this process helps our team process winner pictures as we approach the 2026 Preservation Achievement Awards (ex: House Picture 1 would indicate your best picture of this project).

- Floor plan uploads are not required but encouraged

- Please take your time with your narrative. We aren't as familiar with your project as you are and we love seeing and reading how your preservation project came to life & exactly the state it was in when your project began.

- Please list as many participants who worked on your project. We want to make sure we can celebrate all involved!

- If the name of your project differs from it's historic name, please make sure to list both in the application below.
