A. Claiming items: Let the hostess know you want to open a basket. You will be responsible to pay for the items you claim + shipping.
B. Balance: When you are done claiming please let the hostess know so they can total your items. The total balance must be paid when you're ready to check out, or by the end of the LIVE. Balance needs to be paid with in 30 minutes after the live ends or items will be removed from your basket.
C. Securing Items: First person to claim is based on comments received on the host's screen. Please note your comment may show before others. Please exit the LIVE and return to see any correction in the comment order. Customer claims over-rule any claim of just the item.
D. Incomplete Claims: If you do not pay at the end of the live all items claimed will be taken out of your basket and you will no longer be able to shop with us and you will be blocked.
F. Basket Holding: Baskets will not be held unless communicated with the host in private
