Load In: Friday, January 30, 2026 - 10am-4pm.
You can drive your rig onto the show room floor to unload - Max Height 12' 3".
Event Time: Saturday, January 31, 2026 - 10am-6pm
Break Down: Saturday, January 31, 2026 - 6:01pm-11:59pm
Booths will be labeled by business name and partitioned by pipe and drape set up.
Vendor booths come with 2 worker wrist bands and 1 parking pass. Additional worker wrist bands and parking passes are available below.
Tables & Chairs can be rented at EXTRA COST.
No Weapons Of Any Kind Are Allowed To Be Sold Or Carried (Coliseum Rule)
No Coolers, Outside drinks or food Are Allowed In Your Booth (Coliseum Rule)
If you require Electricity for your booth, please select that after choosing booth size.
Booth rental is non-refundable.
Over Night Trailer Parking is FREE in the Coliseum parking lot. RV Setup is available at extra cost in the Coliseum parking lot. Vehicle parking requires parking pass, available below.
Last year we had 220 show bikes, over 100 vendor booths and 4000+ attendees. We expect this year to be bigger and better!
