Applications cost £35 per category and are payable straight away on submission of this form. Before you apply, please read our Tips for Applications Guide and/or book a Secret Shopper Session to give yourself the best chance of winning! Our awards are solely judged on your website and social media pages and so we are unable to accept any supporting evidence or personal statements.
Important Notice

If you exhibited with us at a Quirky Wedding Fayre from September 2025 to May 2026, you have been automatically entered into one category in the 2026 awards for free as part of your stand package. Please DO NOT submit an application and pay for an entry, unless it is for a 2nd category, as we cannot refund card processing fees so you will not get back all of your money paid.
