The experience doesn’t stop at the walls! Expect an unforgettable lineup of performance art including live music, fashion shows, comedy, theatrical acts, and more. - 12 pm - 8 pm, Friday and Saturday
- 12 pm - 6 pm, Sundays
First weekend set up: Thursday sept 18th, from 11 am - 4 pm OR Friday from 8 am - 11 am show opens at 12 pm on Friday (you will need to have your booth draped when you are not open for sales and at night).
Teardown: Sunday the 21st 6:05 PM - 8:45pm (unless you are also doing week day time slots. If you and your belongings are not completely moved out by 8:45pm, your credit card on file will be charged $100).
Session 3: Sept. 26, 27, 28
- 12 pm - 8 pm, Friday and Saturday
- 12 pm - 6 pm, Sundays
Second weekend set up: Friday from 8 am - 11 am show opens at 12 pm on Friday (you will need to have your booth draped when you are not open for sales and at night).

Entertainment and performances will be booked for famiy fun and in the evenings more shows after normal sale hours
We will be capping craft catagories to insure a wide variety of booths and to avoid over saturation of any one thing.

Open catagory: If we have filled a catagory you will be notified and put on a waitlist incase a spot opens up.

Each vendor is to provide their own tables, chairs and linens. Linens preferrably floor length.
VENDOR ACCEPTANCE & NEXT STEPS:
Acceptance Email:
Approved vendors will receive a welcome and vendor contract form.
Once this is completed you will be sent an invoice via email from Charles Holley.
Payment Terms:
Booth spaces are only guaranteed once payment is received.
If your contract or payment is not submitted within 7 days, and no communication is made, your spot will be forfeited.
Social Media Participation: A Must for Success
Unified Promotion:
All approved vendors are REQUIRED to share the official event posts to create a cohesive promotional effort. Failure to do so will result in the forefit of your space and payments.
Vendor Introduction:
In the event, post a brief introduction of your booth and products in the discussion section of the event page on Facebook
Why It Matters:
Social media remains the most effective tool for driving event attendance and sales.
Platforms like Facebook and Instagram prioritize content that fosters meaningful interactions.
Consistent posting can lead to up to 5x more engagement compared to irregular activity.
