A $75 Service Call Fee is due for all workorders.
Workorders will not be accepted and scheduled until the $75 Service Call Fee is paid with this workorder request.
If the repairs are due to building and/or structure related fault (plumbing in the slab or underground, building electrical, roof, leaking ceiling, floor, or wall) then the service call fee is refunded or applied towards rent due.
Repairs due to clogged drains, deliberate damage to property, and tenant use and/or wear and tear by tenant require a service call fee for maintenance to drive to the property to assess the work to be done. If the repairs exceed the $75 service call fee, then the tenant is billed the balance due.
Service calls are scheduled in the order they are received.
If the repair is urgent and we are unable to get to it quick enough, the tenant may hire an approved repair company to complete the repairs and the landlord will allow the repair cost to be deducted from the following month's rent. This must be approved by the landlord before the work is done.
