Tagging fields are automatically included and mandatory to facilitate contact management automations.
You can adjust a contact's Workflow at any stage (i.e., transition a ‘COLD’ to ‘WARM’ status).
You can also switch a workflow to manage it as an event in Calendar mode (or copy a scheduled event in the workflow to the Calendar).
First, you choose Tag labels that work for you.
Following is the list of default system Tags, but you're free to mix-and-match, change, or substitute custom labels.
