Emidio's Event Center, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SHOW RULES BEFORE REGISTERING:

Space is limited therefore registration is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Table registrations are confirmed by the receipt of this application/contract when accompanied by full payment. This application/contract is not valid and will not be accepted without the signature of the principal person in charge of the leased table(s).
Table sizes are 30" x 96" (the table lease holder is responsible for providing their own covering if they should so choose- The Midwest Music Gear Swap will not provide these.)
Each table will hold approximately four to five (4 to 5) acoustic guitars or six (6) electric guitars - Please keep this in mind when purchasing tables and plan accordingly.
Access to electricity will be limited and shared.
Any display structures such as racks, exhibit displays, lighting, etc. must be pre-approved and fit within the allocated table space(s).
Two (2) Vendor Badges are included with your show registration (regardless of the number of tables purchased.) Badges must be displayed on your person at all times during load-in/out and the show proper. Names of attendants must be submitted with this application. Each attendant listed on this application/contract will be required to show identification at check-in to obtain their badge. (Additional vender badges will be available to purchase, both in advance and dayof for $20 each.)
Only one registered exhibitor, firm, or entity may occupy any table(s).
Please be courteous when testing out gear and keep noise levels and "jamming" to a reasonable time.
Absolutely NO musically related sales or purchases will be allowed outside of the venue, in the lobby, or in loading and/or parking areas. Midwest Music Gear Swap assumes NO responsibility for any deals made by visitors or vendors on or off the show premises (i.e. outside of the show proper.)
Vendors must furnish receipts for any and all sales and/or trades, regardless of the size or value of said item(s). Buyers will be required to present these receipts to Midwest Music Gear Swap staff to remove items from the hall.
The Midwest Music Gear Swap promoters and staff assume no responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or accidents that may occur during this event (including load-in/out and the show proper.)
Midwest Music Gear Swap reserves the right to refuse registration to anyone for any reason whatsoever and reserves the right to determine the type of exhibit space for any vendor and to refuse and/or relocate tables or passes to anyone for any reason.
Absolutely NO refunds will be issued after October 31, 2025.
Set up for vendors begins at 8AM and must be finished by 9:45AM as the show will open to the public at 10AM.
Please do not breakdown/load-out until the show closes at 4PM. Show goers will still be expecting to come and see your merchandise.
No outside food or drinks. Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the venue.

BY SUBMITTING YOUR PAYMENT & REGISTRATION YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING - PLEASE READ COMPLETELY: In consideration of your acceptance of this agreement, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release all rights and claims for damages, thefts and/or injuries I may have against Midwest Music Gear Swap, the Emidio & Sons, their representatives, assigns. I hereby give my consent, knowing full well, without compensation for myself, for all advertising rights concerning promotion of myself and the event. I realize that I will be held responsible for any and all damages incurred by me, a member of my staff, equipment, or set-up materials, to the property of set venue (above). I agree to the conditions stated above and on the reverse of this agreement. I realize that Midwest Guitar and Gear Swap and/or the Emidio & Sons is not responsible for theft or damage of my equipment either in route to, from, or while at the event. Absolutely no refunds after October 31, 2025.
