**Terms and Conditions for Credit Repair Services**

**1. Introduction**

These terms and conditions govern the use of credit repair services ("Services") provided by Credit Remedi ("Company") to the client ("Client"). By engaging our Services, the Client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

**2. Services Provided**

The Company agrees to provide credit repair services, including but not limited to, analyzing credit reports, disputing inaccuracies, and providing guidance on improving credit scores.

**3. Client Responsibilities**

a. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of Services.

b. The Client understands that results may vary and acknowledges that the Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, including improvements to credit scores.

c. The Client agrees to promptly inform the Company of any changes in personal information, contact details, or financial circumstances that may impact the Services.

**4. Fees and Payments**

a. The Client agrees to pay the fees outlined in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of Services.

b. All fees paid for Services are non-refundable.

**5. Duration of Services**

The Client acknowledges that the duration of the credit repair process may vary, and the Company does not guarantee specific timelines for achieving results.

**6. Privacy and Confidentiality**

a. The Company agrees to handle the Client's information with utmost confidentiality and in compliance with relevant privacy laws.

b. The Client agrees not to disclose proprietary information, strategies, or techniques provided by the Company to any third party.

**7. Termination of Services**

a. Either party may terminate the Services by providing written notice. The Client remains responsible for any fees incurred up to the termination date.

b. The Company reserves the right to terminate Services if the Client breaches any terms outlined in this agreement.

**8. Governing Law**

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina

**9. Limitation of Liability**

The Company's liability for any claims arising out of the provision of Services is limited to the total fees paid by the Client.

**10. Amendments**

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

**11. Entire Agreement**

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

By engaging in our credit repair services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
