Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable until the final drop/add date. Any cancellations after the final drop/add date will be repsonsibile for 50% of the camp registration fee.
One month before camp
One month before the event, Camp Anderson Anchored will need the name, grade and gender breakdown of your group. Camp Administration will communicate with Group Leaders in regards to housing lists.
Camper Registration Paperwork
Camp Anderson Anchored's registration is digital. We require each camper to complete a Camp Registration Form. A link will be emailed to the Group Leader to share with the guardians of the students and the adult counselors. These forms MUST BE COMPLETED by all individuals attending Summer Camp 2026 at Camp Anderson Anchored.
Deposits and Payments
Deposits and Balance Payments will be made by the Church/Organization. Camp Anderson Anchored will not invoice individuals in a group for their balance.
Camp Anderson Anchored will email an invoice to group leader with the total balance due. Payment schedule is:
Deposit: $75 per attendee - reservation NOT confirmed or guarenteed until deposit is recieved.
1st payment: 50% of remaining balance
2nd payment: remaning balance (due three weeks before event)
