Payment Policy

All fees will be directly charged to the card provided on file after the event has been completed. New You Wellness, LLC reserves the right to place a hold in the amount of the event on the card 24-hours prior to the start of the event.Events may be cancelled 36 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring a charge.

If cancellation occurs between 36 and 24 hours, there will be a fee of $100 USD per scheduled therapist. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours, the full cost of the event will be processed through the payment method on file. Professionals will follow parking instructions provided by the client. Any costs will be added to your bill and passed on to the professional.
