The dock slip shall be solely used for transient dockage for (1) one day.

Security, Loss, Damage

a) The security of boat and equipment is the sole responsibility of the boat owner.

b) MPD is not responsible for damaged, stolen, or lost boats and equipment.

c) MPD accepts no liability for damage to, or security of, boater’s property.

d) Any damage or theft should be reported to MPD immediately.

e) Property not claimed within 60 days will be considered abandoned and may be sold, discarded, or donated at MPD’s discretion.
I certify that the facts contained in this application are true and complete to the best of my knowledge and understand that falsified statements on the application shall be grounds for termination. I have read, understand, and agree to the above rules governing the acceptance of entering into a rental agreement with the MPD and accept the disclaimer and liability waiver and sign it of my own free will.
