A decade ago, we established a policy of reducing registration cost for Western Plains members living at greater distances from the McPherson site. Those who travel more than 300 miles to attend conference have registration fees waived

The District Office has blocked a group of 10 rooms at the Best Western for a cost of $94 + tax.

IF you stay in a motel to participate in Conference on Sunday, the District will reimburse half your motel costs for Saturday night. Reimbursement request forms will be available at conference.

Please note- if the cost of lodging may prevent your attendance, please let our team know and we will strive to assist in making appropriate accommodation with local Brethren.
