OASC Rally Fees: $25 per person

 

As the nation celebrates the 100th Anniversary of Historic Route 66, the Airstream Club of Oklahoma and the City of Miami invite you to experience a rally unlike any other. Imagine parking your Airstream directly on the Mother Road in the heart of historic downtown Miami, Oklahoma. Enjoy exclusive tours, great food, fellowship, and the charm of one of Oklahoma's premier Route 66 communities. Whether you're a longtime member or attending your first rally, Silver on 66 promises a memorable weekend celebrating travel, friendship, and America's most iconic highway.  

This is a Boondocking Event.  There will be no electricity, nor water.  Please fill your fresh water tanks before arriving.  Generators will be allowed.  Volunteers will be assisting to park the rigs.  Tow vehicles will be parked in a nearby parking lot.  If for any reason that you had a senior moment and forgot to fill your fresh water tank, the City of Miami has a couple of hose bibs that you can fill your tank with.

This event will be open to NW Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, and Region 9.  We are estimating room for 60 rigs.  So, if you wish to attend, it is imperative to register as early as you can. 

Event T-shirts will be available for purchase at a cost of $20 per shirt.  Please be sure to bring and wear your Airstream nametags for all our new attendees!

October 22-25, 2026 | Downtown Miami, Oklahoma

Camp on historic Route 66 and celebrate its centennial with music, tours and local hospitality.  BEFORE PARKING Fill your fresh-water tank. This is a boondocking rally; generators are welcome.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22 | Arrival and live music 

10:00 AM-4:00 PM   Check-in and downtown trailer parking

Start at the  Miami Civic Center, then follow parking directions to Main Street.

5:00-10:00 PM        Jacob Taylor Clark street concert and food trucks

The public is invited. Bring folding chairs; his playlist continues during breaks.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23 | Newell Coach and Homecoming

10:00 AM                 Private tour of the Newell Coach facility

2:00 PM                   Miami High School Homecoming Parade  

Watch the parade and Wardog Marching Band along Main Street by the Airstreams.

Evening - TBA         Airstream Club of Oklahoma business meeting

7:00 PM                   Coleman Theatre: Chasin U - The Morgan Wallen Experience  - Optional Morgan Wallen tribute show at Coleman Theatre | thecolematheatre.org.  Tickets: $20 Tier 1 / $15 Tier 2 + fees/tax

Evening - TBA         Optional: Miami Wardogs football game.  Kickoff time to be announced.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24 | Miami landmarks and fellowship

Free time                 Explore downtown Miami

Enjoy local shops, restaurants and attractions between scheduled activities.

Safe Travels Home Everyone!!!!

 

Registration is required to attend this rally and rally fees are collected for each person attending. This allows the rally team to make provisions for all attendees and cover all expenses. Therefore, we cannot accept late registrations, or fees, at the rally. If a cancellation becomes necessary, it must be made TEN DAYS prior to the beginning of the rally to receive a refund. Unfortunately, OASC cannot refund any rally fees later than this date. To obtain a refund please email the OASC Treasurer - cliffnutt@gmail.com.  Registration fee is $25 per person.  

Instructions:  Enter name(s), Big Red Number (if you have one), email address, phone number and dates of arrival and departure, and the number attending in your rig.  If 2 people are attending then you would click the box to the left of the rally fee image, then enter a 2 into the rally fee quantity field.  Upon doing this please ensure the total is now $50.00.  To order t-shirts the same process is performed.  Click the box left of the t-shirt image, enter the quantity of the size you prefer then ensure your total amount coincides with the respective quantity. Once you entered the credit card information and have reviewed your registration, press SUBMIT.  And you are then ready to roll.  😊
