    Vendor Access Acknowledgement Agreement

  • TERMS

    This Lake Almanor Country Club (LACC) Vendor Access Acknowledgement Agreement (Agreement) outlines the terms and conditions for vendors (individuals or businesses providing services to homeowners) to gain access to LACC, a gated community. Access requires purchasing a Business Sticker and/or Radio Frequency Transponder (RF); complying with all LACC rules, regulations, and Governing Documents (including CC&Rs and Bylaws); and signing this Agreement. Failure to comply with the regulations set forth in this Agreement may result in citations, fines, revocation of access privileges, and/or escort from the property. Citations will be issued and fines assessed for violations, as detailed below.

     

    By signing this Agreement, I (the Vendor) acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the following terms. I am responsible for ensuring all my employees, subcontractors, and agents comply. Access privileges are non-transferable and valid only from January 1st to December 31st of the year purchased.

     

    ACCESS REQUIREMENTS AND FEES

    1.      All vendors providing services in LACC must purchase a Business Sticker (B Sticker).

    2.      Expired stickers are invalid and will be removed.

    3.      Annual fees:

    a.      $50.00 for B Sticker only.

    b.     $150.00 for single rear axle vehicle (includes B Sticker and RF).

    c.      $450.00 for dual rear axle vehicle (includes B Sticker and RF).

    4.      Access is granted via Clifford Gate Guest Lane or RF ID (all gates); no entry through myQ may be provided by homeowners or rental agencies (misuse will result in revocation and citation).

    5.      A Blue Paper Pass may be provided for one-time workday access only.

    6.    Notify LACC Security of changes to application info (e.g., employment, address, phone, or vehicle).

  • OPERATING HOURS AND RESTRICTIONS


    1. Access is only allowed from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday-Saturday.


    2. No work is permitted on Sundays or holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day,
    Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.


    3. Semi-trucks and large equipment (e.g., earth-moving or cement trucks) are not
    permitted after 5:00 PM; all workers must exit by 6:00 PM.


    4. No exterior construction noise is allowed on Sundays and from 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday-Saturday.

    GENERAL RULES

    1.      Follow all California laws, including speed limits: 5 mph at gates, 25 mph on roads (unless posted otherwise). Limits may be enforced by radar.

    2.      LACC roads must be kept free of equipment, vehicles, materials, and debris.

    3.      No overnight parking or storing of equipment or materials is allowed on common areas or roadsides.

    4.      If blocking traffic, implement control: flaggers, cones, and/or signs in both directions.

    5.      Report prolonged roadblocks (e.g., construction, tree falling) immediately to LACC and Peninsula Fire House 2.

    6.      Provide county-approved sanitation facilities (e.g., chemical toilets) at building sites (homeowners are responsible for providing space off LACC right-of-way).

    7.      Maintain cleanliness and appearance of sites and adjacent roadways.

    8.      Do not park vehicles/equipment against traffic flow (may result in citation).

    9.      Use of LACC facilities by vendors is not allowed (except Clubhouse Restaurant).

    10. Do not create objectionable noise (e.g., loud music).

    11. Comply with LACC architectural rules and regulations.

    12. LACC Construction Permits must be displayed in a prominent place on the property and in a weatherproof sleeve.

    13. No solicitation.

    14. No commercial signs shall be displayed (except real estate signs).

    15. Realtors: Prospective renters/buyers must be authorized/accompanied by owner or representative.

    16. No discharge of weapons (including BB guns).

    17. Open fires require a burn permit and must follow Peninsula Fire Protection District regulations.

    18. Pets are prohibited on construction sites or in vehicles; citations will be issued, and violators may be escorted out.

  • CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE

    1.      LACC Security enforces all rules; violations may go to Board of Control for actions including, but not limited to cease/desist, restitution, restrictions/removal from community, banned from access, fines, or legal action. Appeals to Board of Directors must be in writing.

    2.      Failure to comply revokes B Sticker/RF privileges; penalties/fines must be paid before restoration ($50.00 replacement fee).

    3.      Specific Violations and Fines which escalate per offense and may result in Sheriff involvement:

                       

    i.      Business Sticker (2.6): Contractors/Realtors/employees without valid sticker/RF (7:00 AM-6:00 PM Mon-Sat): 1st $350, 2nd $500, 3rd $700.

                       ii.      Interfering with Snow Removal (3.2.3.3): 1st $250, 2nd $350, 3rd $500.

                       iii.      Placing Snow on Roads (3.2.8): $150 per occurrence.

                       iv.      Dogs/Pets on Site (4.1.2.B): 1st $150/dog, 2nd $250/dog, 3rd $500/dog. Contractors are prohibited from bringing pets onto LACC property.

                        v.      Contractor Work Site Violations (4.3.6): 1st $350, 2nd $500, 3rd $750.

                        vi.      Noise Outside Hours (6.6.9): $100.

                        vii.      Interference with Security/Patrol (7.1.2): 1st $350/person + Sheriff, 2nd $500/person + Sheriff, 3rd $750/person + Sheriff.

                        viii.      Speeding (22350): 1-15 mph over: $150; 16-25 mph over: $350; 26+ mph over: $500.

                         ix.      Unlawful Parking (22500): $150.

                          x.      Spilling Loads (23114): 1st $150, 2nd $250, 3rd $500.

     

    4.      All fines are non-negotiable and must be paid promptly. Repeated violations may lead to permanent access denial.

    I hereby acknowledge receipt of this Agreement and agree to comply with all terms, rules,and fines. I understand that LACC reserves the right to update rules and that compliance isa condition of access
