Cannabis Festival Mississippi is a "Rain or Shine" Event.
NO refunds will be honored!
This is a 21+ event!
All vendor applications are subject to approval.
Each vendor will receive a packet upon check-in with (3) general admission tickets. All other guests will have to purchase a ticket.
Submission of application DOES NOT guarantee approval. Vendor applications will be reviewed closely to reduce too many duplicate vendor offerings. Only (2) vendors per category will be accepted.
All cannabis products at event must be 2018 Farm Bill compliant and contain less than 0.3% THC.
Each vendor is required to complete City of Biloxi Permit Application. The permit application is attached below.
There are 3 ways to submit your application and/or pay over phone or in-person:

City of Biloxi Permit Application
For peddler permit: $25 include pre-packaged /pre-prepared food
Food (Cooking on Site) permit: $200 for 1 year
Set Up Instructions:
Food trucks and mobile units will set up 10:00am - 1:00pm on Friday, April 24, 2026. Please have your units parked in place by 1pm.
Vendors with tents will set up 2:00pm - 6:00pm on Friday, April 24, 2026 (preferred) or 8am - 10am on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
(Each tent vendor is allowed ONE 10x10 tent unless multiple spots are purchased.)
Any vendor that does not check in during the time allocated will forfeit their booth and vendor fees.
OVERNIGHT SECURITY WILL BE PROVIDED!
Although the grounds will be guarded by paid security, I would advise against leaving any valuables! Cannabis Festival Mississippi assumes no responsibility or liability for damage or loss of property.
All participants MUST be 21+
Vendor Terms, Photography/Videography, Hold Harmless Agreement
- Be sure to bring wagons, dolly's, utility carts, etc. to help carry merchandise from your vehicle to the booth location. Vendors will not be able to park by their vendor booth.
- The festival will go until dark, please bring lights to illuminate your tent to keep the vibe going!
- Vendors will follow all federal and state laws as well as all city ordinances.
- ALL vendors must be self-sufficient, clean up when done, follow all health codes and obtain any required permits from the City of Biloxi, Harrison County and the State of Mississippi.
- No vendors may sell any alcohol related products.
- Vendors must provide their own tents, tables and chairs (No larger than 10x10), unless multiples booths purchased.
- Cannabis Festival Mississippi assumes no responsibility or liability for damage or loss of property in case of weather, theft or vandalism or any other cause. It is the responsibility of the vendor to insure and secure their own property.
- The Biloxi Town Green is located on the beach; weather can be unpredictable, we require all vendors to bring sandbags, weights or bricks to weigh down your tent in the event of high winds!
- Event hours are 12pm – 8pm (Gates open at 11am). Vendors must stay open for the duration of the event. Vendors may begin to break down at 8pm!
- If you accept electronic payments, you may want to bring portable WIFI to ensure payments are collected. Cannabis Festival Mississippi holds no liability to credit card transactions or the collections or error of collections.
- Cannabis Festival MS makes no guarantees towards any festival attendance number and/or sales.
- ALL VENDORS that are selling are responsible for collecting Mississippi sales tax (7%) by the State of Mississippi. You will receive a vendor packet upon check in. This form will need to be turned in, along with your tax payment, to Shana Burney or Cannabis Festival Merchandise Booth BY 5PM. Cannabis Festival MS will turn in a complete list of all vendors at the festival to The Mississippi Department of Revenue along with the paid taxes. Any questions about sales taxes, please contact the Mississippi Department of Revenue.
- I hereby grant Cannabis Festival Mississippi (along with its parent entities and affiliates) permission to use and reuse my likeness, images, name, voice and/or appearance as such as may be embodied in any digital images, video recordings, pictures, photographs , audio recordings and/or digital media - regardless of where the image was captured. I agree that Cannabis Festival MS may use the images in any and all Cannabis Festival MS- related publications, advertisements, commercials, brochures, marketing materials, signs and billboards, including, but not limited to, web-based marketing and/or publication. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of such images by Cannabis Festival MS - even if such use is commercial in nature.
- CFMS reserves the right to change the date at any time prior to the date of the event. Vendor/Exhibitor fees are Non-Refundable. This does NOT include Force Majeure. In the event of Force Majeure, the event will be rescheduled and vendor fees transferred to the next event.
- ALL VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR POSSESSING CURRENT AND ACITVE LIABILITY INSURANCE. The applicant/vendor releases and agrees to hold harmless Cannabis Festival Mississippi, dba Gulf Coast Cannabis Festival, dba Pine Belt Cannabis Festival including all festival hosts, villages, towns, municipalities, property owners, sponsors and vendors from any loss/theft or damage to their property, or any personal injury, however caused or inflicted, which they or their volunteers sustain while setting up, breaking down or participating in any Cannabis Festival Mississippi event.
