Custom Baby Quilt

$165 + tax

Nonrefundable deposit of $50 required to get started. After I review the form, I will email you an invoice via Quickbooks for the deposit. Remaining balance due upon completion of quilt.

After I receive your deposit, I will add you into my queue.

Cost includes quilt top, back, 80/20 batting, professional digital quilting, and machine binding.

Any quilt not paid for/picked up within 60 days becomes my property.

This is a custom item and will not be eligible for refunds.

Shipping on the item is the responsiblity of the customer. If you would like more than the standard insurance, please let me know and I will add that to your invoice.

I will send tracking number after drop off at the post office. Once the item is in possession of the USPS/UPS/FedEX or other mail carrier, I am no longer responsible for it.
