MELBOURNE ASPIRING CHOREOGRAPHERS

Are you ready to take your choreographic voice to the next level?

The Process brings an exclusive 16-week course designed for only 6 aspiring choreographers who are serious about deepening their craft in Contemporary and Theatre Jazz choreography. You must be an aspiring Contemporaray Choreographer or an aspiring Theatre/Jazz Choreographer.

What you’ll get:
Weekly training and guidance
Tools to develop your unique choreographic style
Mentorship from Loredo Malcolm + industry guest mentors
Opportunities to collaborate, experiment & grow
A chance to present your original work in our end-of-course showcase!

What is the PrOCess?

the PrOCess is an inclusive and dynamic training and performance program designed for performing artists of all backgrounds, genders, and communities. It’s a space to connect, share, learn, and grow, both personally and artistically.

 We focus on both enhancing your existing strengths and pushing you beyond your comfort zone into unfamiliar but valuable territory. At its core, the PrOCess is about exploration, curiosity, and fearless growth. There are no limits here, only opportunities.

the PrOCess showcase performance:

At the PrOCess, we believe in the power of the stage. Every artist deserves a platform to share their work, and this journey culminates in a performance created and directed by Loredo Malcolm with guest Choreographers.

Your final show will be performed at the Gasworks Theatre, a true celebration of the journey you’ve taken throughout the PrOCess.

Commitment to the PrOCess:

the PrOCess runs once a week, and your commitment is essential,not just to the program, but to yourself. We understand life happens, and we’ll work with you when needed, but showing up consistently is key to getting the most out of this experience. Missing a few Sundays are ok and we will work together to support you.

 

the PrOCess fees:

Holding Fee

A $110 holding fee will get you straight in and will be deducted from your fees.

Program Fees

Once registered, you will be contacted with details about program fees.

$110 per week 3.5 hours!

$220 every fortnight

$440 every 4 weeks

$1760 for the full program, paid up front.
