SCWA Membership is required. New Members or those renewing membership should add "SCWA Membership Dues" payment below in the Additional Options section.

Requests are not guaranteed, but will be honored based on date payment is received & sponsorship level as outlined in the Booth Selection Policy. If requesting to combine booths, indicate all numbers.

Booths & Sponsorships are limited and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the reservation form and payment.
