CSA Membership Registration & Facility Fee:

$300 Annual Membership
Plus $100 per class registration

In order to secure your spot in the class, you'll need to enroll in the CSA Membership.

This non-refundable fee is paid once a year, when registering for the class. Depending on how many classes you sign up for, the fee can range between $300 and $600 per student depending on how many classes your student is enrolled. There is an additional Material fee which will be billed separately and due July 1st.

Wednesday Field Trips

We’re excited to offer field trips on the first Wednesday of every month! Field Trips are completely optional to attend and may cost additional fees depending on the field trip—you’re welcome to join all of them or just pick the ones that work best for your schedule.

Siblings are welcome to attend, even if they aren’t currently enrolled at Creative Steam Academy!

All of our programs include access to our monthly field days. Each field trip is lead in different ways: some are teacher-led with educational instruction and activities, while others are more nature-focused and parent-led. Certain field trips may require an additional entry fee, while others are free.

We offer a unique educational experience, combining in-class and experience learning. To further build our strong community, we created these weekly outings to amusement parks, museums, and farms, nature spots, as well as community projects. Our program provides students with an opportunity to make new friends and become an integral part of a vibrant and supportive homeschool community.

What’s Included: Discounted Field trips, Community Service work/ projects, Museums, Explore unique destinations only accessible through educational excursions, Nature Exploration. Homesteading. Animal Adventures, Build a strong community.

Membership Agreement: I understand and accept that enrolling in Creative STEAM 2025-2026 School year classes will require a non-refundable one-time yearly $300 membership. This membership is 100% tax deductible. Membership fee allows my student to join any or all Wednesday Field Trip days but does not cover any addition entry costs on those days. Membership and Class Registration Fees are applied 100% towards securing students spot in the class(es) and enrollment registration fee and is non-refundable. No exceptions.*

Financial Agreement: All Creative STEAM classes, are a yearly fee, the class tuition is divided into 11 equal monthly payments August-June and there is no proration for months of partial attendance, or shorter months of classes. I understand and accept that classes begin in the last week of August but the first payment is due August 1st. All core and enrichment class tuition is due on the first of each month (Aug-June). Please pay or submit proof of Charter PO on or before the 5th of each month. Late fees of $45 will be charged after the 10th of the month. $100 late fee after 15th. Suspension of attendance if account is not settled by the 24th. I understand there is an additional Material & General Supply Fee required upon enrollment, which will be invoiced separately. This fee covers all necessary curriculum and workbooks for the year. This fee does not cover the personal supply list your teachers will send out. CSA is not an approved vendor or affiliate of Charter Schools. We work with Charter School Vendors, such as I LEARN AT HOMESCHOOL, Belami Dufrene and Mandi Schenkenberger,you may use funds towards their class tuition. Funds may not be used for CSA membership, registration or early withdraw fees, etc.*

Withdraw Policy: Financial Agreement: I understand that the Creative Steam Academy Program is a year-long commitment. If I withdraw my child or they are dismissed from the program for any reason I agree to pay off any account balance due on my child’s Creative STEAM account as well as any remaining tuition payments for the term of the semester due will be paid in full. Creative STEAM Withdrawal Policy for the 2025–2026 School Year To support consistency in learning and classroom planning, enrollment in Creative STEAM classes is a full-year commitment for the 2025–2026 school year. We understand that unexpected changes may occur, and we have a withdrawal policy in place to ensure a smooth transition. Families must submit a completed withdrawal form and provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice prior to the first of the month in which the withdrawal will take effect and tuition is due.If written notice and official withdrawal form is provided less than 30 days before the upcoming month, the entire month’s tuition will still be due, regardless of whether the student attends.Tuition for the final month of attendance will not be prorated. A $100 early withdrawal fee per class will be charged. This fee must be paid out of pocket and cannot be covered by charter funds. Important Notes: The withdrawal fee and final month’s tuition (if applicable) are the responsibility of the family and must be paid in full before withdrawal is processed. Charter funds may not be used for the early withdrawal fee or for any tuition due for a month the student does not attend. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure the continued success and stability of our program.*

Children must know how to use the potty to be in the program. I understand and accept that this is an academically-focused program, and my student will be expected to sit, listen, follow instructions, and not disrupt the other students. If my student a disruption to the class, we will be asked to leave the program without refund.*

I acknowledge and agree that Creative Stem is not a specialized school for students with special needs and may not have the necessary resources to accommodate these students. Therefore, if your child has special needs, it is imperative that you communicate and provide all information regarding their Individualized Education Plans (IEP), 504 plans, or any other special needs to admissions before enrolling them into our program. This will enable us to better understand and support your child's unique requirements. I also agree to complete a shadow day and obtain approval to enroll from Creative Stem before enrolling my child, ensuring that they are a good fit for the program and that Creative Stem can meet their needs effectively. If I fail to disclose my child's special needs and it turns out that the program is not a suitable fit, I acknowledge that my deposit is non-refundable. This agreement will help us work together to ensure the best experience for your child and our entire school community.*
