Carolina Blitz Sports Corporation (CBSC) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All sponsorships and donations are considered charitable contributions and may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

By submitting this payment, you acknowledge that:
• Your contribution will be used to support youth athlete participation, including registration fees, uniforms, equipment, and program costs.
• Sponsorships are non-refundable and do not guarantee selection of a specific athlete unless otherwise arranged through CBSC.
• No goods or services were provided in exchange for this donation, unless explicitly stated.
• CBSC reserves the right to allocate sponsorship funds where most needed to ensure equitable access and program sustainability.
