Custom Order Policy

All custom order forms MUST be completely filled out and deposits MUST be paid in full in order to save your spot in line with orders. All prices and added charges are included in options. Maximum 5 custom orders at a time, spots are first come first serve. I will close when all 5 orders have been placed. When your order form is complete and reviewed; I will be sending you a confirmation email with an estimate time frame on when your order will be completed, a copy of receipt, and position in line. All communication regarding your order will be conducted through email. My orders on average take about 4-8 weeks to complete. All of my orders will be shipped through USPS and shipping cost is included in price. There are NO REFUNDS. REFUND REQUEST ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
