Northshore Magazine – Event Photo Licensing Terms
Effective April 2025
By purchasing a high-resolution event photo (“Image”) from Northshore Magazine, you agree to the following terms:
License Grant
Upon payment, Northshore Magazine grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Image for promotional, editorial, or commercial purposes.
Permitted Uses
You may use the Image in:
– Websites
– Social media
– Email marketing
– Print materials (flyers, brochures, magazines, etc.)
– Internal presentations or promotional decks
Restrictions
– You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Image in any form.
– You may not use the Image in NFTs, AI training, or similar emerging tech uses without written permission.
– You may not use the Image in any context that is defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful.
– You may not alter the Image in a way that misrepresents the original context or event.
Credit
No photographer or publisher credit is required, though we appreciate attribution when appropriate: Photo courtesy of Northshore Magazine
Delivery
High-resolution images will be delivered via downloadable link within 1–2 business days after purchase. All images are watermark-free.
Ownership
Northshore Magazine retains full ownership and copyright of all images. This agreement does not transfer copyright ownership.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once a file has been delivered.
Governing Law
This license is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
