Important Event Information
Waiver:
Madisonville High School reserves the right to refuse any vendor’s registration
application. If this occurs a full refund will be given back to the applicant. The
vendor shall defend, save, and hold harmless Madisonville Independent
Consolidated School District (MCISD), the Madisonville Band Booster, and
their representatives, volunteers, and board members against any claims,
damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses which may arise. They also shall not
be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft,
weather, acts of God, vandalism, or any other loss or injury whatsoever or not
specifically described herein, whether past, present or future. Booths are not
insured by MCISD. Exhibitors must make provisions for safeguarding their
goods. Exhibitors assume full liability for protection, care and maintenance of
exhibitor’s property. Any vendor not holding valid liability insurance exhibits at
their own risk and assumes all liability. The vendor is solely responsible for
collecting Texas State Sales Tax.
Cancellation Policy
If a vendor cancels their booth at any time, then there will be NO refund, since
this is a fundraiser. If the event is cancelled, then we will give a full refund to
the vendor
