Independence Parade Sponsorship Opportunities

This beloved community tradition takes more than $25,000 and dozens of dedicated volunteers to bring to life, and it wouldn't be possible without sponsors like you. We're so grateful for your partnership.

This year's theme, "Celebrating USA 250," honors both our nation's 250th anniversary and Oceanside's own proud history. Thousands of residents and visitors line the streets each year to enjoy marching bands, floats, community groups, and honored guests. Your name will be right there with them.

Sponsorship Options:

Freedom Sponsor — $3,000 (Top Tier)

*12 month sponsorship including year-round recognition

Our premier parade sponsorship, and so much more. Freedom Sponsors receive maximum parade visibility plus automatic enrollment in the MainStreet Oceanside Community Partners program, giving you ongoing exposure at every major MSO event throughout the year.

Parade benefits:

• Exclusive brand logo on volunteer bags (deadline to sign-up: 5/25)

• Logo on T-shirts worn throughout the day

Parade Contributor — $600

MUST BE SIGNED FOR ENTRY TO BE CONSIDERED.

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION: By my signature below, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Independence Parade Committee, the City of Oceanside, Main Street Oceanside, Inc., Main Street Foundation, Inc., Kimyon Corporation, their officers, agents, volunteers, and/or employees against and from any and all claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, expenses and costs, to any and all claims, cost liabilities, expenses, or judgments including attorney’s fees and court costs arising out of my and our group’s participation in the Independence Parade resulting in illness, injury, or property damage to any person and myself except injury deliberately or willfully caused. I recognize that the event can be dangerous to me and anyone else, and I accept those dangers. I understand that if I or anyone else is injured as a result of my participation, this waiver will be used against me. I agree that pictures/videos taken during the program hours may be used for future promotional purposes. I also understand that no employee or agent is authorized to modify this waiver. I have read and will comply with the Parade rules, code of conduct and Monitor requirements and will communicate these rules and code of conduct to every parade participant in my group.

Sponsor acknowledges that this is a “Rain or Shine” event, thereby making Sponsor fees non-refundable after May 15, 2025. Sponsor agrees to obtain all required permits and licenses specified by any and all Federal, State, County and Municipal Agencies and comply with all applicable codes and regulations. Sponsor acknowledges that all returned checks are subject to a $50 service charge. Sponsor agrees to maintain sufficient business liability insurance coverage as determined by a certified insurance agent. Sponsor acknowledges that a “No Show” at the event does not deem fees refundable.
